Move & Form was created by Lizzie and Martha two movement professionals looking to create an elevated, refined and all levels accessible Reformer Pilates Space in the Heart of Pontyclun.

Using the same core principles as our sister studio Move Yoga (founded by Lizzie), Move and Form Pilates is your space to show up exactly as you are. Our studio focusses on the feeling, and doing of the movement over aesthetics.

Our highly skilled instructors use their wide array of teaching methods, verbal and physical alignment cues to create the reformer pilates experience South Wales has been waiting for.

A studio where understanding, feeling, and empowering people of all abilities is our mission.

Move & Form studio is the perfect place for those new to the reformer through to those with lots of reformer experience, you will find a class to suit your ability, with modifications and progressions included through out.
