Our Team
Lizzie Manjón
Lizzie grew up dancing; from the age of 3 taking ballet classes to 18 leaving college with a triple distinction in Musical Theatre then moving on to study, theatre and dance in Cardiff, London and Melbourne.
Whilst living in Australia she found a love for Hot Yoga and came home and did her Yoga teacher training with Frog Lotus Yoga and began to teach Yoga full time in 2017.
Lizzie founded Move Yoga the sister studio to Move & Form in 2024, bringing accessible & high quality movement to the village. Lizzie watched the people of Pontyclun fall in love with Yoga, Pilates, Barre and most importantly the community of Move that she knew if the opportunity arose she would love to open a Reformer Pilates Studio in the Heart of the Village,
Lizzie teamed up with Martha, as Lizzie’s love of movement, her community and a new project paired perfectly with Martha’s expert knowledge and understanding of mat and reformer Pilates.
Co-FounderMartha Mary
Martha grew up with yoga as part of family life. She truly fell in love with movement 11 years ago, while pregnant with her first son. But it was in the postnatal period, through the positive experience of classes and the sense of mindfulness and community they gave her, that she realised this was what she wanted to do.
After having two children, Martha left her education role and began retraining, starting with postnatal yoga and massage. Since then, she has completed her 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training, alongside further training in Yin, Mat Pilates, Reformer and pre & postnatal movement.
For Martha, movement is wellbeing. Her own experience of overcoming a lower back problem after pregnancy, through Pilates reinforced her belief that movement can support and heal both mind and body.
Her teaching style is fun, playful and educational, blending Pilates with elements of yoga, breathwork and mindfulness. She wants everyone to leave her classes feeling stronger, calmer and connected.
Co-FounderEbony is a qualified Nutritionist and Mat & Reformer Pilates instructor from Llantrisant. She first discovered Move Yoga as a member and, since joining the team in April 2025, has grown into her role as our Lead Pilates Instructor.
Having experienced the Move Studios community from both sides, Ebony truly understands what makes it special. She loves the safe, empowering environment at Move and brings that energy into every class, helping members feel stronger, more aligned and more connected to their bodies — while discovering what they’re truly capable of.
Her classes offer something for everyone, with options and layers to suit different levels and abilities. Expect challenging flows, strong and intentional movement, and a blend of classical and contemporary Pilates. Ebony also incorporates functional, dynamic sequences to create classes that are both purposeful and empowering.

Originally a keen runner, she discovered Pilates while rehabilitating a back injury caused by poor posture and long hours at a corporate desk. Having spent years using Pilates and running to decompress after stressful workdays, her mission as an instructor is to provide her clients with that same sense of relief—leaving them feeling relaxed, strong, and confident.
Catherine specializes in a contemporary style of Pilates. Her classes dynamically combine functional strength training and athletic movement with the fundamental principles of breathing, control, and precision.
